Minimum Rental fee is $300.00 (1 hour set up, 3 hour event and 1 hour clean up)

$500.00 (1 hour set up, 5 hour event and 1 hour clean up)

You will be responsible for cleaning the building back to the way you found it. All cleaning supplies are available for your use.
