Class 1 - Ages 6-10

Our youngest students begin their Taekwondo journey in a structured, encouraging environment designed specifically for early learners. In this program, children develop the foundational skills of Taekwondo — basic stances, blocks, kicks, and strikes — while building the habits that will serve them for life.

Students learn the core values of respect, focus, and self-discipline from their very first class.

Each session is designed to channel energy productively, helping children develop confidence in their abilities while learning to follow instruction and work as part of a group.

Whether your child is stepping onto the mat for the first time or working toward their first belt, this program gives them a strong, joyful start.


Class 2 - Pre-teen and up

As students grow, so does the depth and complexity of their Taekwondo practice. This program is designed for young practitioners who are ready to move beyond the basics and begin refining their technique, precision, and physical coordination.

Students at this stage develop greater mental resilience — learning to push through challenges, set personal goals, and take ownership of their progress.

Sparring, advanced patterns, and increased physical conditioning become a meaningful part of training, preparing students not just for belt advancement but for competition and leadership roles within the school.


Class 3 - Ages 30+

It is never too late to begin — or return to — the practice of Taekwondo. Our adult program meets students exactly where they are, with a focus on flexibility, functional strength, and the mental clarity that comes from consistent disciplined training.

As a result, students find that Taekwondo offers a uniquely rewarding alternative to conventional fitness routines — one that challenges the body and the mind simultaneously.

The structured nature of the practice provides a meaningful outlet for stress while building the kind of self-confidence that extends well beyond the mat.

Whether you are a complete beginner or a returning practitioner, this program is designed to help you feel stronger, more focused, and more capable with every class.


Class Times & Schedule

We meet twice a week - Tuesday and Thursdays
Class 1 - 6-10 yrs old- 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Class 2 - Pre-teen - 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
Class 3 - 30+ - 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
